The EBR FAM.
If you join EBR, you are part of the FAM. We are better together. We challenge each other, we work together, we learn together. The above image captures so much of what EBR is about. This is taken during the 2021 summer solstice row. An annual event where we boat alumni, current masters and juniors together and row up river at sunset to celebrate the longest day of the year. The boats are pulled together, scullers to sweepers to coxes, singles to 8+’s, and we toast the solstice. Smiles and laughter filled the air. It really was a magical moment.
EBR offers learn to row programs for those who are new to the sport OR those who are looking to come back. The mission of East Bay Rowing is to develop the opportunity and secure the equipment and venue, for the greater East Bay community to participate in the beautiful and challenging sport of rowing.
The East Bay Rowing FAM has supported our growth with their passion for rowing. Come be a part of our family!
